    OKAY OKAY 8D

    Lets make it that they can draw ANY Vocaloid/Utauliod character, but for Utauloid, the character has to be well-known, like Teto,Ruko, or Momo.

    If they wanna draw a guy vocaloid, all they have to do is erase the chest off the base ;3

    NO OF COURSE NOT.

    They have to use a base that looks vocaloid style/pose or w/e. YOU, yes YOU. as in, JUNE, can choose it.

    BUT ALL CONTESTANTS MUST USE THE SAME BASE.
    ARTWORKS NOT USING THAT BASE WILL BE BURNT AND DESTROYED WITH YOU STILL HOLDING THEM. Mad
